YO! I'm back again!
How is everybody doing?
Well, i am not that good recently.
First of all, I can only manage to fulfilled one of the three goals that I have set for myself.
I think it's the easiest one.
I have been drinking minimum 1 liter of water per day, regardless of the weather and the temperature of the environment.
That's why I am going to toilet more often than I do.
However, I noticed that the condition of my skin started to improve.
Not only my face, but also my hands and legs.
I am happy with the improvement.
And..
Let's see what happened to another two goals.
In the past two weeks, I basically slept after 2am everyday. =(
It was very hard for me to even recall what I have done in the midnight.
To be honest, I don't remember some details that happened during the day. (like, where did i put my car keys)
I really think that I should and must sleep early before things get too serious.
And..
The third goal..
Wow, this one was the epic FAILED.
The on diet thing, well it was on my mind all day, I am aware that I should be losing weight instead of gaining weight, but the problem is that I'm have a constant urge to eat!!
And I know instead of chips and fast food, I should take in fruits and exercise, but I ignore the room where I used to exercise!
I guess it's just me that trying to run away from the problem, and I'm going to fix it by moving my body and stop moving my mouth!

01
Finally, FINALLY I'm starting this.
I have been procrastinating this for a long, long time. :(
Before I actually start blogging, let's talk about this blog.
This blog is going to be all about health, (like what it says in the title) and my attempt to change my unhealthy lifestyle.
For the sake of the assignment, I went for a general health screen last month.
The result was fine, I'm as fit as a fiddle. (well, better than what I expect if you ask me.)
BUT, there is some problem found in my urine.
Under the section of "Urine Analysis", the part of "Crystal-Calcium oxalate", it stated there 2+.
I basically have no idea what is it about but the staff of the path lab told me that it was due to me not drinking enough water, and it means they found crystal in my urine. (Wow)
She actually asked me did i bleed or feel painful while I'm..well, urinating.
Honestly, I don't feel anything unusual when I'm..urinating and I've never think that by not drinking enough water I would bleed.
Therefore, I start forcing myself to drink a lot of water after that day.
It ends up...
Well, there is a reason why I try to avoid drinking too much of water, I tend to go to the toilet VERY often if I drink too much of liquid. (especially plain water and tea)
Apparently, my fragile attempt of changing my "drinking habit" has not success.
I ended up rushing for the toilet for a few days and then I gave up on the process.
Then, then, after that, it was Chinese New Year.
You know, things about all these festive seasons is that people tend to forget about things they have to do and start enjoying too much.
Ah, there is another thing about festive season, people gain weight, NATURALLY.
Therefore, unavoidable, I'm heavier than I was before Chinese New Year. (Well done huh!)
I guess beside drinking sufficient amount of water, I have another goal now, to lose weight before I get too huge to get into my clothes.
And besides that, there is a habit that have been following me for what it seems like forever.
I'm a typical night cat and I sleep after midnight everyday. (like after 2am)
I think it's time to change this habit before it shows VISIBLE harm.
So here I am, more determined than the last time, trying harder to change myself inside out.
Here are my goals:
See you guys real soon!

- Sleep earlier. (before 2am, after 11pm as a start off)
- Drink more water. (let's not be too ambitious, 1Litre per day)
- On diet and exercise everyday, at least 30minutes (well, no problem with this, I have done this for don't know how many times)
See you guys real soon!
